For those of you who don't know, in Call of Duty: WWII there's a system called Basic Training, which works like perks in previous entries, granting bonuses and effects when you play, and now a new post on Reddit has revealed that some of these are being restricted for the Call of Duty World League esports competitions.

In terms of what is now restricted, these are Saboteur, which shortens the fuse of explosives and gives an extra piece of lethal equipment, and Shifty, giving an extra pistol attachment and unlimited ammunition for the pistol, with the magazine always being full when it's switch to. On top of that the Resistance division is also restricted in all CWL competitions, already being in place in all in-game esports modes.

"The campaign is phenomenal, and the Zombies mode is probably the best it's ever been."
