In April, it was revealed that Pablo Schreiber will be playing the role of Master Chief in the upcoming Halo TV series, with Natascha McElhone being Dr. Catherine Halsey, and now we've gotten three more names added to the series, those being Charlie Murphy, Danny Sapani, and Olive Gray.

This is good news in itself, but it has also been revealed via Twitter that production has now officially started. We even got to see a picture of the cast together, which you'll find further down.

Charlie Murphy (Peaky Blinders) will be playing Makke, a human that was raised by the Covenant, with Danny Sapani (Penny Dreadful) being Captain Jacob Keyes, who is a household name in the Halo universe. Finally, Olive Gray is playing Keyes' daughter Miranda Keyes, who fans will also know.

The series is being produced by Showtime and they have previously stated that it will air in 2021. Hopefully we'll get some more details about the series at the X019 event this Thursday, which you'll be able to read all about here on Gamereactor.

REVIEW. Written by Mike Holmes

"It has aged exceptionally well, a fact that speaks to Bungie's original quality as well as the restorative nip and tuck overseen by 343 Industries."
