The Handmaid's Tale continues in April

The show that won eight Emmys and two Golden Globes returns for another season on the 26th of April on HBO Nordic, that's right, The Handmaid's Tale is returning.

The first season ended on a slightly optimistic, albeit slightly ominous tone, and the second season picks up where the first one left off. It will be a season characterised by Offred's pregnancy and her ongoing fight to free her children, and herself, from the oppressive terror that is Gilead.
"Gilead is within you," Aunt Lydia always says, and in season two Offred, and all the other characters, will either fight - or submit to -this awful, dark truth.

Season two will have a total of 13 episodes, and Elisabeth Moss, Joseph Fiennes, Yvonne Strahovski, Alexis Bledel and Max Minghella will all be returning. Blessed be.
