If you've been on the internet at all over the last month or so you will have seen the 'Baby Yoda' meme everywhere you look, which is a little green character that made its debut on the Disney+ series The Mandalorian.

Despite the streaming service not being available in many parts of the world, nowhere is safe from the cuteness of this Yoda lookalike, and now players in The Sims 4 can even celebrate the character.

Recently someone shared a TikTok video showing the adorable character in the game, and the official Sims Twitter account retweeted it, revealing that 'The Child' (since it's not actually called Baby Yoda) is available now, coming in the latest base game update for free.

As the TikTok shows, there are small variants, but you can also make a giant version of The Child as a sort of shrine to the cuteness, just like Twitter user sensiblepigeon did, as you can see below.

Of course this happens to come mere days before the launch of Star Wars Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker, so it's a useful promotion for both EA and Star Wars.

Will you be using The Child in your game?

"Having a fully-fledged Sims title on consoles is certainly a big deal, but sadly it pales in comparison to its superior PC counterpart."
