The Walking Dead: Michonne is "brutal", imminent

Last E3 Telltale announced some sort of quick spin-off or mini series for its highly successful The Walking Dead series, focused on the fan-favourite, katana-wielding warrior survivor Michonne.

Back then the studio detailed that this game, that would land after Season Two and before Season Three, would consist of three additional episodes and would launch before 2016.

Given that launch window, we shouldn't have to wait that long. Now head of creative communications Job J Stauffer confirms via Twitter that it is indeed just around the corner:

"Played @TheWalkingDead: Michonne today with the team. Fresh, brutal, and it's about to sneak up on you... Be ready"

Launch details and final date for The Walking Dead: Michonne are expected within the next few days.
