The year is off to a slow start as far as game releases go. This week sees Sega's re-issue of the delightful PSP puzzler Crush on Nintendo 3DS (read the review), while inXile Entertainment releases Choplifter HD on PC, PSN, and XBLA. Paradox Interactive were meant to release King Arthur II, but a last minute delay saw the title slip to January 27, similarly Gotham City Impostors was also recently pushed back from its original release date to an unspecified February date.

We don't expect the release schedule to pick up until late January, but February sure looks appetising.

Meanwhile, much of the gaming world's attention will be focused on Las Vegas this week as the long running Consumer's Electronics Show (CES) and while we don't expect much in the way of major announcements, Microsoft and Sony may have some news they want to share with us during the week. As far as Sony goes it is the last chance to drum up some major excitement for the PS Vita before its North American launch, and Microsoft typically have some minor things to announce at the show. This year, GRTV's Thomas Blichfeldt and Nick Holmberg will be in Nevada so you can expect coverage on GRTV later in the week.
