If you're a nostalgic PC gamer who enjoyed the first generation of Thief games, and are looking forward to getting your hands on the reboot by Eidos Montreal, you'll likely be interested to know how your technical specs line up against the minimum and recommended system requirements, which were released a couple of days ago in a community blog post.

Minimum System Requirements
OS: Windows Vista with platform update
CPU: High-performance dual core CPU or quad core CPU
RAM: 4 GB
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon 4800 series / Nvidia GTS 250
DirectX: DirectX 10
HDD/SSD: 20 GB

Recommended Specs
OS: Windows 7 or 8
CPU: AMD FX 8000 series or better / Intel i7 Quad Core CPU
RAM: 4+ GB
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD / R9 series or better / Nvidia GTX 660 series or better
DirectX: DirectX 11
HDD/SSD: 20 GB

Also released a couple of days ago were a selection of new screens for the series reboot, which will be launching on PC, Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360 and PS3 at the end of February.
