When battling it out on its home turf this weekend, Toronto Ultra managed to surpass expectations and claimed its first 2020 event title after taking down Atlanta FaZe in the final. The team couldn't have cut it any closer in gaining an event win, as the Toronto Home Series was the last regular event of the 2020 Call of Duty League.

With this latest victory, Toronto Ultra is now joint sixth place with London Royal Ravens and Minnesota Røkkr with 120 CDL points. Atlanta FaZe, however, despite its loss, still sits comfortably in first place in the competition with 280 CDL points.

The Call of Duty League is set to continue August 19 - 23 with its Postseason Playoffs. It will then be concluded August 29-30 with the Championship Weekend.
