Total War: Rome II used to recreate Egadi Islands' Battle
Creative Assembly worked together with the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford, on exhibit.

The Creative Assembly were invited to cooperate with the staff of the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford, for an interesting exhibition called "Storms, Wars and Shipwrecks". CA has recreated a simulation of the Egadi Islands' Battle with the impressive engine and assets taken from Total War: Rome II.
The short movie, that you can see below, shows a simulation of some of the battle scenes which occurred between the Romans and Carthaginians in 241 BC, in the West of Sicily, and it also features some boats of that period. The educational video produced by CA will be available to anyone who will visit the exhibition, which runs until September 25, 2016.
