Assassin's Creed: Unity is coming in October this year, and so far there's hope that PC gamers will get the game at the same time as their PS4 and Xbox One peers. That's according to RPS who asked producer Lesley Phord-Toy about the matter.
"We're always aiming to ship all our games on all platforms at the same time," she said. "I haven't heard any news differently than that."
Obviously, in the past these plans have fallen through as PC versions of Assassin's games have been delayed by a few weeks, and Phord-Toy doesn't highlight anything that would certainly prevent this from happening again. She says different PC configurations can pose issues that are hard to predict. But they are confident in their abilities:
"Ubi has been very successful at achieving same-ship in the recent past, so we're very confident that we'll be able to do the same for Assassin's Creed Unity."
We'll see.
