Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 has managed to stave off some stiff competition from the likes of Star Wars Battlefront and FIFA claiming the top spot on the charts for festive period. Impressively, Black Ops 3 is the sixth game in the Call of Duty series to be crowned Christmas No. 1.
Elsewhere in the chart little has changed from last week, with all top 5 titles non-movers. Star Wars Battlefront benefited from the hype surrounding the new movie and some strong marketing by Sony, selling more copies on PS4 than any other game managed on any other platform.
The ever popular FIFA 16 managed to retain its spot in the top three, enjoying a 24% increase in sales from last week as players no doubt gear up for some festive family footballing action.
