If you remember, director James Gunn was recently fired by Disney after controversial tweets were unearthed, meaning that he'll no longer be working on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, but now The Hollywood Reporter has claimed that other studios want to work with him, although we don't know the full details on who these are specifically.
One senior executive from another studio allegedly said that they'd "work with him in a heartbeat," but this is made more complicated by the fact that the Disney situation isn't 100% resolved. The report does say that Warner Bros. is interested in hiring him though, which could be a good fit considering their ties to DC.
Would you like to see Gunn work on other films?
