After becoming a huge success for id Software and Bethesda last year, Doom is now ready to debut on the Nintendo Switch in just a few days, keeping all the content and updates while adapting its graphics to the hybrid system's capability.
We recently had some hands-on time with the new version in tabletop mode (that is, in between TV mode and handheld mode), playing with the Switch as a screen with its tiny stand, and using the Pro Controller instead of the Joy-Cons. The result was captured below (although there are some blurred areas due to camera filming) both on Arcade Mode and "Hurt Me Plenty" difficulty.
Doom releases on the Switch on November 10. Are you impressed by what you've seen here?
