With Yakuza Kiwami 2 just released and series creator recently admitting the original Yakuza was rejected by both Microsoft and Nintendo, series creator Toshihiro Nagoshi is readying a new announcement for something that will be, apparently, totally different and unexpected.

The Japanese producer teases "The next broadcast of Sega Nama after Tokyo Game Show will be a big one", as grabbed by Hachima and via Siliconera. "I believe we'll broadcast a topic that nobody is expecting."

Even though the stream will be aired at the very end of the month, this means Sega could be ready to announce something before TGS. Nagoshi promises it'll be "something completely different", a secret project that has been in development for about three years already.
