Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles is an open-world adventure from Prideful Sloth, which features a former Activision producer and some Rocksteady veterans, and now we can play the game, as it's been released on both PC and PS4.

"Yonder tells the story of a young adventurer returning to a home they never knew," the press release explains. "Throughout their quest to save Gemea, players will farm, craft, cook, brew and fish across eight distinct biomes that range from snow-capped peaks to radiant, sandy beaches. In addition to featuring seasonal changes and dynamic day/night cycles, these habitats are teeming with a multitude of adorable creatures to discover, domesticate and dote over back at the farm."

The game features character customisation as part of this open world, and you can even take on professions like chef and tailor during your adventure. If you're more about nature, though, you can befriend animals over a variety of biomes too, as part of a living world with seasonal changes, animal migration, and evolving weather conditions.

The game costs £18.99 on the PS Store, but there's a 20% discount on Steam, so it only costs £15.19. If you want to hear more about the game before you buy, though, you can always check out the official website.
