We've often talked about The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's unofficial PC version in recent months, developed by a modding group using Cemu, a Wii U PC emulator, and we've now found out that thanks to version 1.8.1 of this emulator, the game is finally playable on PC entirely in 4K.
In addition to offering a 4K gaming experience with great stability, the latest emulator build allows you to apply a variety of graphical effects, such as adaptive fog in the Lost Forest, and more. You can take a look at its progress over here.
So far, Nintendo hasn't intervened in any way to stop this project, even though the team has already said it will stop development if an official request is received. Would you rather play it on PC, Wii U, or Switch?
Thanks, Gamepur.
